About the Role:
Iron Oak Plumbing Inc is looking for a skilled Service Plumber to join our growing team in Rocklin, CA! Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential and/or commercial plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
- Perform service calls including leak repairs, drain cleaning, fixture replacements, and water heater service
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues and solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site
- Follow all local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Document work completed and parts used for accurate job reporting
- Build lasting relationships with customers through professional and courteous service
Requirements:
- Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber license preferred; equivalent field experience considered
- 2+ years of hands-on plumbing service or repair experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices in California
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently in the field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
